Marcela Arruda

An executive with over 20 years of experience in the international market, holding senior leadership positions in renowned groups such as LVMH (Dior and Fendi), Burberry, and Diane von Fürstenberg.

She has proven expertise with more than 120 brands in strategic leadership, sales development, retail and wholesale activations, as well as market expansion in the U.S. and globally.

She operates with a focus on brand internationalization, sales execution, and executive coaching, bringing a 360-degree vision essential for competing in foreign markets.

Recognized for developing innovative and effective strategies, building collaborative teams, and achieving high-performance, sustainable results, Marcela works with governments of Turkey, Romania, Italy, and Brazil.

Director of Global Market Strategy

Raisa Oliveira

Over her 15 years as an executive in the fashion industry, Raisa has launched, managed, and grown several successful premium and contemporary brands, including Rebecca Taylor, BY FAR, Melissa, Mini Melissa, Sam Edelman, Kelsi Dagger, French Connection, and Pour La Victoire.

Having held leadership roles in startup organizations, Raisa has generated over $250MM in revenue; worked closely with private equity investors during acquisition events; and guided organizations through various transitions.

With a hands-on approach and a results-driven work ethic, she has led teams across operations, planning, customer service, sales management, and brand management, driving key advancements in general management roles.

Today, she continues to leverage her experience as a growth leader to help her partners meet the market’s evolving demands and strategically position their businesses for long-term growth.
